We're based in Duluth, MN and serve Duluth and the greater Northland, including Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, Cloquet, Esko, Two Harbors, Silver Bay, Saginaw, Carlton, Wrenshall, and Scanlon.
What are your hours?
The office is open every day 8a–8p.
My furnace quit and the house is getting cold. What should I do?

How does your pricing work?
Flat-rate and upfront. We diagnose the actual problem, quote a firm price before any work starts, and you approve it before we lift a wrench. The invoice matches the quote.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. We're EPA Section 608 certified, which is the federal certification required to handle refrigerant on AC and heat-pump work, and we carry $1,000,000 in general liability coverage on every job.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Our workmanship carries a 12-month labor warranty: if what we did fails inside a year, we come back and fix it at no charge.
What do you install and repair?
Furnaces, air conditioners, cold-climate heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment like filtration, humidifiers, and air exchangers. We repair every major brand, not just the ones we sell.
Do heat pumps actually work in a Minnesota winter?
The cold-climate models do, and those are the ones we install. They heat and cool from one system, they hold their output well below zero, and many are rebate-eligible. If your home is a better fit for a furnace, we will tell you that instead.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on new furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. You get the flat quote first, then pick a monthly plan that fits your budget: quick application, fast answer.
What does the maintenance membership include?
