Our Story
A lot of HVAC companies will glance at your system, guess at the problem, and move on to the next. If their guess is wrong, it's your problem and not theirs. I started Lakehead Heating & Cooling because I got tired of watching that happen.
The premise is simple: every system gets a real diagnosis before we touch a single part. No issue is too small to take seriously, and none is too big to walk away from. We use modern diagnostic tools instead of guesswork. We fix what's actually broken, not whatever's easiest to swap out. We will explain to you exactly what is wrong, and how it happened.
Sometimes a system's come to the end of its' serviceable lifespan, and the right move is a new one. When that's the case, we install it right and make sure it works as good as it looks.
Systems don't typically fail for no reason; Usually it's a corner someone cut, maintenance that got skipped, or just a symptom nobody caught. There's a story behind every system, finding it is our job.
